Welcome to CarAlly . These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CarAlly mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Welux Labs LLC (“Welux Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using CarAlly , you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CarAlly provides vehicle-related tools and information, including AI-assisted vehicle guidance, symptom and diagnostic information, maintenance information, vehicle records, reminders, and related automotive resources.

CarAlly is intended to assist users in understanding and managing their vehicles. It is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified automotive professional.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the Service.

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

CarAlly may use artificial intelligence to generate vehicle-related information and suggestions.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular vehicle or situation. Vehicle symptoms can have multiple causes, and an online service cannot physically inspect your vehicle.

You should use appropriate judgment and consult a qualified automotive technician when necessary.

Do not rely on CarAlly when a vehicle condition presents an immediate safety risk. If you observe serious warning signs such as smoke, fire, loss of braking, loss of steering, severe overheating, or another potentially dangerous condition, stop operating the vehicle when it is safe to do so and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.

CarAlly may offer both free and paid features. Features, usage limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the Service evolves.

Premium features require an active subscription unless otherwise stated.

CarAlly may offer subscription plans, including weekly and annual subscriptions. The exact subscription price and billing period are displayed in the app before purchase.

Payments made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable subscription policies.

Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Where a free trial or promotional period is offered, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, subject to the applicable App Store terms.

Deleting CarAlly from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

CarAlly provides a Restore Purchases feature where applicable so eligible purchases can be restored using the relevant store account.

We may modify subscription offerings, features, or pricing from time to time. Any subscription price changes will be handled in accordance with applicable App Store requirements and will not override rights provided by Apple or applicable law.

You may provide information about your vehicles, including make, model, year, mileage, maintenance information, repair history, photos, invoices, or other vehicle-related information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Recommendations or results based on inaccurate or incomplete information may also be inaccurate.

You agree not to misuse CarAlly or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems, use the Service for unlawful purposes, intentionally introduce malicious software, abuse or circumvent usage limits, or use automated methods to improperly access or extract information from the Service.

CarAlly may provide links to or information about third-party businesses, products, repair facilities, parts providers, tire retailers, towing providers, or other services.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, products, services, pricing, policies, or performance.

Some links may be affiliate links. Welux Labs may receive compensation when users make qualifying purchases through certain links, at no additional cost to the user.

Your use of CarAlly is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available on the CarAlly website and through the app.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and otherwise handled in connection with the Service.

CarAlly, including its software, branding, designs, graphics, text, features, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Welux Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of AutoAlly AI or its intellectual property to you.

We may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue features as CarAlly develops.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that CarAlly will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or vehicle.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CarAlly and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Welux Labs does not guarantee that AI-generated information, diagnostic suggestions, maintenance information, or other content will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Welux Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

CarAlly does not perform physical vehicle inspections or repairs. You remain responsible for decisions concerning the operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of your vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using CarAlly at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse of the Service, security concerns, or other circumstances permitted by law.

Termination of an CarAlly account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed through an app store. Store-managed subscriptions must be canceled through the applicable store account.

If you download CarAlly through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Welux Labs LLC, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for CarAlly except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.

Your use of CarAlly must also comply with applicable App Store terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to CarAlly, our business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

When appropriate, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
